Belinda Lai

The AnBryce Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) philanthropic organization dedicated to promoting social change by supporting under-resourced youth through a comprehensive continuum of educational, cultural, career, and leadership programs spanning from elementary school through college and beyond. The non-profit company is based in McLean, VA. Key programs include Camp Dogwood Summer Academy, a leadership and academic enrichment camp for youth in grades 2–9; the Saturday Institute, offering year-round STEAM, humanities, and entrepreneurship projects for grades 1–8; Student Adventures in Leadership (SAIL), which prepares high school students for college and careers; and the Pillars of Excellence Internship Program, providing high school students with professional internships and mentorship. The foundation also administers the AnBryce Scholars Programs, offering scholarships and academic mentorship to first-generation, high-achieving college and law students at institutions such as NYU and the University of Notre Dame. The company was founded by Beatrice Welters.
