Bill Dietz

Bill is responsible for overseeing the legal function for the Company.
Prior to joining Boingo, Bill briefly practiced on his own, and before that was at attorney at Openwave Systems Inc. in Redwood City, California.
Bill was previously an associate with Brown & Bain in Phoenix, Arizona, where his practice included technology transactions and complex litigation.
Bill earned his J.D.
from Washington University-St. Louis, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and was on the law review board, and he earned his A.B., cum laude, from Duke University in chemistry and political science.
