Mr. Coleman S.
Kendall is a Chief Economist at Marshfield Associates, Inc. He brings depth to the research team’s analysis of various industries and businesses.
His work in both micro- and macroeconomics has helped elucidate such wide-ranging topics as the history of post-secondary education, fast food around the world, and the technical details of hotel pricing, to name but a few.
Mr. Kendall began his career teaching economics and finance at the university level (go Ducks, Buckeyes, and Flames!).
In 1997, he left academia and began working with companies across North America, Japan, and Europe, covering the finer points of macro-finance.
In 2009, when many were seeking answers following the stock market’s historic tumble, he opened his own consulting firm.
He received his BA degree from Swarthmore College and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
