Darrin E. Grove

Darrin Grove, Founder and CEO of TrueFit, is a native Pittsburgher with a passion for innovation, technology, and values-based leadership.
Darrin founded TrueFit on the core values of being principled, collaborative, empowering, and serving the common good.
In his capacity as CEO, Darrin champions these core values and applies them to each and every client and team member engagement.
Darrin’s insatiable thirst for new, disruptive technologies and his leadership has positioned TrueFit as a leader in bringing new ideas to market, and an invaluable partner to companies which seek to operate more entrepreneurially.
Under Darrin’s leadership, TrueFit has carved out a noteworthy role as a collaborative partner to organizations and entities dedicated to building new ideas, products, and start-ups in Pittsburgh and around the country.
Darrin sits on the Deal Flow Committee of BlueTree Allied Angels, the region’s leading group of accredited investors who invest in early-stage companies, and is also an investor.
Darrin serves as an advisor to start-up companies at AlphaLab, Pittsburgh’s start-up accelerator which helps promote growth of innovative start-ups.
Darrin also serves on several non-profit boards, which promote leadership, education, and urban renewal.
Most of all, Darrin enjoys his wife Chris and three sons, Andy, Tyler, and Ryan.
He and his sons enjoy training for triathlons, cycling, and skiing.
He also enjoys tinkering with new technology and reading good books on business and worldview.
