David Alan Young

David Alan Young served as the Chief Executive Officer & Director of Global Medical REIT, Inc. from 2014 to 2017.
Prior to that, he was the Director of Corporate Planning & Business Development at American Hospital Supply Corp.
from 1981 to 1985, and at Hospital Corporation of America from 1985 to 1988.
He also served as the Vice President of Corporate Marketing at HCA Healthcare, Inc. from 1985 to 1988.
In addition, he was the Associate Professor & Assistant Hospital Director at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from 1988 to 1990.
Later in his career, he worked as the Vice President of Acquisitions at Windrose Medical Properties Trust from 2000 to 2004, and as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at General Electric Capital Corp.
from 2004 to 2008.
Mr. Young holds an MBA from Suffolk University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa.
