YIML is an active manager which utilizes a bottom-up, value-based approach to invest across Australian and international equities, fixed-income and multi-assets. The firm picks stocks based on in-house research using an internally developed 'Comparative Value Analysis' tool in order to obtain an objective valuation of targeted companies. This process involves the fundamental analysis of selected companies and is performed by a team of dedicated analysts, each covering a selection of stocks spread across several sectors. They construct diversified portfolios to minimize risk and benchmarks against the ASX 200.
