Schwartz joined Tradeware Global Corp.
in 2005 and currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
He is a Founder of SIA's Institutional Brokerage Committee and a Trustee of the SIA's New York Area Economic Education Foundation.
Prior to joining Tradeware Global, Mr. Schwartz was Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Lynch, Jones & Ryan (LJR) from 1991 to 2002.
Before that, he was Executive Vice President at Instinet, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Harborview LLC, and a Member of the New York Stock Exchange.
Previously, Mr. Schwartz was a Director of the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and a Trustee of the Securities Industry Institute at Wharton.
He has 40 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Mr. Schwartz received a degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
