Kevin Bespolka

At TSP, Kevin works as an Advisory Partner.
Specifically, he contributes his extensive macro experience to thesis development and the assessment of potential deals.
He takes full responsibility for certain investment opportunities and assumes an active role in our investor management Kevin was educated at the American International School, Vienna Austria and Swarthmore College, where he received a BA in Economics with High Honours.
He has had a 35-year career in the global financial markets.
He spent 7 years on the Capital Markets Team with Morgan Stanley in New York, Tokyo and London, followed by 7 years with Merrill Lynch where he was responsible for, first global bond options, second global head of FX options and Proprietary Trading and third Cross Markets Trading group.
He shifted to technology start-ups in 1999 and co-founded Blueprint Data, a website/content filtering technology company and holds US patents on search technology.
During this time, he was also a Board Member of Opteum Financial, an NYSE listed MBS REIT.After a few years, he moved back into finance with senior hedge fund investment roles in EM and global macro at Old Lane, CitiBank Alternatives, Napier Park Global and Finisterre.
In addition to his work at TSP Ventures, Kevin is also an Associate Partner at Kaya Advisory, a strategic consultancy that provides senior executives at Corporates, Institutional Investors, Banks and other large entities with strategic advice on how to navigate government policies and regulation.
