Segil is the founder of The Lared Group, which was founded in 1987.
She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Larraine Segil, Inc. since 1987 and the Chief Executive Officer of Little Farm Co. since 2009.
She also holds director positions at NACD Pacific Southwest Chapter, Inc., CalPrivate Bank, and Private Bancorp of America, Inc. Additionally, she is a professor at Pepperdine University and Southwestern Law School.
She previously served as Chairman of C200 Foundation, Director of Strategic Alliances Advisory Group at World Health Organization, Director of LARTA Institute, and Partner at Vantage Partners LLC.
She was also an Independent Director at Frontier Communications Corp.
from 2011 to 2017.
Ms. Segil holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, an undergraduate degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a graduate degree from Southwestern Law School.
