Hoffman is the founder of Greenberg Traurig LLP and Greenberg Traurig PA, both founded in 1967.
At Greenberg Traurig LLP, he held the title of Chairman from 1967 to 2013.
At Greenberg Traurig PA, he holds the title of Director.
Currently, Mr. Hoffman is a Member of the American Bar Association.
Previously, he held the position of Chairman-Securities Law Committee at The Florida Bar.
Mr. Hoffman received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1952 and his graduate degree from the University of Miami in 1954.
