Rabbitt is the founder of Rand Construction Corp.
(founded in 1989) and Hart Construction Co., Inc. (founded in 1985).
She is currently the Chairman of George Washington University, Director of The Economic Club of Washington, Director of Greater Washington Board of Trade, Director of Washington Performing Arts Society, Director of Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans, Inc., Treasurer of The Federal City Council, Member of Women's Forum of Washington DC, Inc., and Member of CREW Network.
Ms. Rabbitt has previously held positions as Chairman of Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond (2013-2014), Director of Watson Wyatt & Co. Holdings (2002-2006), Director of Brookfield Office Properties, Inc., Marketing Director of Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. (1982-1985), Director of Watson Wyatt Worldwide, Inc. (2002-2010), Director of Leadership Greater Washington, Lead Director of Towers Watson & Co. (2010-2016), and Independent Director of Willis Towers Watson Plc (2016-2023).
She has also been a Member of Washington Building Congress.
Ms. Rabbitt holds a graduate degree from George Washington University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
