Mark T.
Nesbitt is currently a Professor at the University of Denver.
He is also a Member of the American Bar Association, the Foundation for Natural Resources & Energy Law, the International Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Mining & Metallurgical Society of America, the International Mining Professionals' Society, and the Denver Bar Association.
In the past, Dr. Nesbitt served as a Director at Capital Gold Corp.
from 2006 to 2009.
He was also an Independent Director at Napier Ventures, Inc. and Lomiko Metals, Inc. Additionally, he was a Member of the Colorado Mining Association and served as the President of the Rocky Mountain Association of Mineral Landmen.
Dr. Nesbitt completed his graduate degree at Gonzaga University in 1975 and his undergraduate degree at Washington State University in 1968.
