Herman is Vice Chairman of The Catevo Group, Inc. He is a Member of the Advisor's Board of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at North Carolina State University and Vice Chairman of Triangle Rock Products, Inc. He was appointed as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Epley Associates, Inc. in 1993 and Chairman of the Counselors Academy of PRSA in 2004.
Prior to joining The Catevo Group, he was an Assistant Director of The National Driving Center, an Integral Member of Union Carbide Corp.
and a Consultant at John Deere Ltd., GSK Products, Inc., ABB Canada, Inc., Ford Motor Co., Nortel Ltd., Austin Nichols Technical Temporaries, Inc., Praxair, Inc. and Bell Atlantic Corp.
Mr. Herman received an undergraduate and a graduate degree from the University of Oklahoma as well as post-graduate certificates from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and The Graduate School of Business at Columbia University.
