He has also held senior positions at Credit Suisse First Boston and practiced Corporate Law at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
Michael was a Clerk for the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt, of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

He holds a BA in Economics from Claremont Men’s College and a JD from Columbia University School of Law.
