Mr. Purav A. Asher is a Portfolio Manager at GLG Partners LP.
He joined in January 2006 to manage multi strategy investments in Japan within the GLG credit team.
Mr. Asher brings experience from his role at Pendragon Capital Management, where he was Fund Manager for the Japanese portion of the firm's Convertible and Multi Strategy fund.
Prior to this, he was employed at Swiss Re Financial Products as Head of Japanese Equity and Equity linked products, and then at Deutsche Bank, where he was Head of Japanese Convertible Bond Trading.
