Their geographic focus is on German-speaking countries. The firm invests in a range of transactions including classic M&As, reallocations, restructurings and other strategic corporate transactions. They can be considered a quasi-Evergreen fund, since their investment capital is generated solely through capital increases and returns generated by their investments. Ferax Capital seeks to invest an average of EUR 250,000 in companies with high growth potential, strong sustainable cashflows, significant market underpricing, a scalable business model, a unique selling proposition and a quality management team. They can invest up to EUR 1 million with co-investors.
