Richard L. Woolworth

Prior to joining AEA Holdings in 2005, Mr. Woolworth was with Morgan Stanley in both the firm’s investment management and investment banking businesses.
As part of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Mr. Woolworth served in various management roles, including as head of the U.S.
institutional coverage group, and was responsible for developing strategic relationships with the firm’s largest clients.
Prior to joining Investment Management, Mr. Woolworth worked in the investment banking department with responsibility for business development with a number of the firm’s major industrial clients, and also served as co-head of the private placement group.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Woolworth worked with Dillon Read & Co. in investment banking.
Mr. Woolworth is a Trustee of Groton School (Groton, MA), served for many years as a Trustee of the Morgan Stanley Foundation, and was head of the leadership group which founded Trinity Church (Greenwich, CT).
Mr. Woolworth is a graduate of Dartmouth College with honors and received an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Prior to pursuing graduate studies, he was a Teaching Fellow at Phillips Academy (Andover).
