Morgan has served as a vice president of the Company since April 1998 and also served as chief financial officer of our Texas division since July 1997.
Mr. Morgan was appointed as Meritage’s treasurer in June 2002.
Mr. Morgan was graduated from the University of Texas, and his prior experience was with Price Waterhouse and with two oil and gas companies.
Mr. Morgan is a member of the Dallas Homebuilders Association.
