Merchant Securities Group Ltd. (MSG) is a subsidiary of Merchant John East Securities Ltd., itself a subsidiary of Merchant Securities Plc (LSE: MERC) in the UK. The firm was established in 1987 and provides investment services to high net-worth individuals, their businesses, pension funds and trusts. With offices in London and Leeds, MSG offers institutional clients trading services and access to investment opportunities through their corporate finance activities.
