Rick Sullivan

Rick Sullivan is a Partner at Gainline.
Prior to co-founding Gainline, he was an investment professional at Lincolnshire Management, Inc. from 2004 to 2015, where he most recently served as a Director and leader of one of that firm’s deal execution teams.
At Lincolnshire, he was responsible for investment sourcing and evaluation, diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management.
Notable recent transactions completed by his team include the acquisition of National Pen, a leading direct marketing business, and the creation of High Performance Holdings (Holley/MSD), a roll-up of three iconic brands in the automotive performance sector.
He has served as a director or officer of numerous companies, including High Performance Holdings, National Pen and Allison Marine.
Rick is a graduate of Indiana University, where he received a B.S.
in Finance from the Kelley School of Business.
