Prior to joining the Board of Pensions in August 2004, Mr. Willems served as chief information officer and vice president for Norstan Incorporated in Minnetonka, Minn.
He has also held various positions in information technology with Entex Information Services (now part of Siemens Business Systems) in Golden Valley, Minn., and Unisys Corporation in Eagan, Minn.
Mr. Willems received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
