Reid is the founder of Oasis Petroleum, Inc. (founded in 2007) where he held the title of Chief Operating Officer, Director & Executive VP from 2010 to 2014.
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer at OMP Operating LLC, Bobcat DevCo LLC, Beartooth DevCo LLC, and Oasis Petroleum LLC (since 2007).
He also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Oasis Petroleum North America LLC.
Additionally, Mr. Reid is a Member of the US Oil & Gas Association and a Trustee at Presbyterian School.
In his former positions, he served as the Chief Executive Officer & Director at OMP GP LLC, Chairman at Hay Center, and Chief Executive Officer & Director at Oasis Midstream Partners LP (2017-2022).
He was also the General Manager-Latin America & Asia Operations at Burlington Resources, Inc. (2004-2006) and Asset Manager-Permian & Panhandle Operations at ConocoPhillips (2006).
Mr. Reid completed his undergraduate degree at Stanford University.
