Carter is Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of Just Marketing International, Inc. He was appointed as Vice President of Finance and Administration for CART, Inc. in March 1998 and Finance Director in February 1997.
Prior to joining Just Marketing International, Mr. Carter was a Senior Tax Manager of Rehman Robinson from 1995 to 1996 and a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte & Touche from 1990 to 1995.
He was Vice President of Financial Services for Rolls-Royce Corp.

Previously, Mr. Carter worked at the Michigan Department of Treasury.
He has more than 30 years of government, public, and private industry experience.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
