William L. Kramer

William L.
Kramer is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Sugar Cane Growers Cooperative of Florida.
Mr. Kramer is a Member on the Board of Directors of American Sugar Refinery, Inc., Chairman of the Pension and Retirement Plan Committee of American Sugar Refinery, Inc., Director of the Florida Fruit & Vegetable Association, and a Member of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, Inc. Previously he was President of The Practical Academic and Cultural Educational (PACE) Center for girls of Palm Beach County, Chairman of the Dolly Hand Cultural Arts Theatre, and Board Member and Treasurer of the Palm Beach County Cultural Council.
He served in the US Navy as a Naval Officer and Aviator from 1968 to 1972.
Mr. Kramer held various leaderships in financial analysis, management and accounting at the Restaurant Division of General Mills, Inc. He received a BBA degree in Economics in 1968 from the University of Georgia and an MS Degree in Accounting and Business Administration in 1973 from California State University, Fresno.
Mr. Kramer is a Certified Public Accountant.
