Yves Prussen

Yves Prussen is currently a Partner at Elvinger Hoss & Prussen SA since 1975.
He is also a Member of the Supervisory Board at AllianceBernstein (Luxembourg) SARL since 2015.
Additionally, he holds positions as a Member of the International Bar Association, Member of the International Fiscal Association - Luxembourg Section since 2013, and Member of the Legal Experts Committee at the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.
Dr. Prussen has been a Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1971 and is also a Member of the Luxembourg Association for Arbitration.
Formerly, Dr. Prussen served as the Deputy Chairman at Logwin AG from 2014 to 2018.
He was a Non-Executive Independent Director at Gefinor SA and a Director of the Supervisory Board at Richemont International Holding S.A. from 2012 to 2015.
He also held the position of Member of the Supervisory Board at Banque Degroof Petercam Luxembourg SA. Dr. Prussen obtained a doctorate degree from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Grenoble in 1971.
