Mr. Cass was a founder and Principal of C3 Holdings,
Mr. Cass invested over $60 million in ten businesses.
He spent ten years in the 1970s as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Bear, Stearns advising high net worth families on the sale of their businesses throughout the Midwest and Texas.
Mr. Cass received an MBA from the Wharton Graduate School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
