Andrei Vrabie

Andrei is a partner and general counsel at Parameter Ventures and brings over 15 years of experience advising financial institutions on commercial, regulatory, transactional, and other matters.
He started his legal career representing investment advisors, sovereign wealth funds, and investment banks at Shearman & Sterling LLP, later joining Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP with a focus on representing institutional investors.
Andrei completed a federal judicial clerkship with the Honorable Robert W.
Sweet in the Southern District of New York, and was named Empire State Counsel by the New York State Bar Association in recognition of his pro bono service.
Complementing his legal experience, Andrei has also advised corporations on business strategy at Monitor Deloitte and is an active investor in startups.
Andrei earned a JD from Columbia Law School and BSc in economics and international business from New York University, Stern School of Business.
