While Foreman takes influential minority or majority equity stakes, they also strive for alignment of interests by working closely with existing management teams. They are active investment partners. They provide up to EUR 10 million per transaction and consider higher levels of investment on an opportunistic basis. The firm provides capital in the form of subordinated loans, convertible loans, shares, or other financial instruments. In addition to capital, they draw on their industry expertise and hands-on experience for the benefit of their portfolio firms.
