Arthur joined Bonaccord as its General Counsel in November 2021 and has overall responsibility for the legal and compliance functions.

Prior to joining Bonaccord, Arthur was most recently Managing US Counsel at Aberdeen Standard Investments (“ASI”), where he supervised all legal matters pertaining to the US private market fund practice.
Prior to ASI, Arthur was General Counsel at FLAG Capital Management LLC.
Arthur previously worked as an associate at Morrison and Foerster and started his career at Schulte, Roth & Zabel LLP.
