Dave Cargile

Dave Cargile is a Senior Advisor at Radial Equity Partners, focusing on innovation, engineering, operations and technology in the packaging sector.
Dave previously served as Chief Technology Officer of Graham Packaging Company, a global leader in the plastic packaging industry.
He spent 29 years at Graham and initiated their Research & Development and International Proprietary Machinery programs where they held over 1,000 active patents on multiple machinery platforms and bottles designs.
During his tenure at Graham, Dave also served as General Manager of Techne, an Italian-based blow molding machinery manufacturer.
Dave has extensive experience with implementing stage gate and speed-to-market processes for new product development.
