David J. Olney

Mr. David J.
Olney is Managing Director & Head of Multifamily Investments at Berkshire Property Advisors LLC.
Prior to joining Berkshire in 1986, Mr. Olney worked in a financial management program with Sanders Associates in Nashua, New Hampshire.
He has over 25 years of real estate experience in acquisitions, property sales, asset management and finance.
From 1999 until its liquidation in 2004, Mr. Olney served as President of Berkshire Realty Holdings, L.P.
He is an executive board member of the National Multi Housing Council and is a frequent speaker in the multifamily industry.
Mr. Olney received a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Finance from Bryant College and a Master of Business Administration with Honors from Babson College.
