He provides assistance with the preparation of private placement memorandums, confidential offering memorandums, financial models, and strategic and industry research.
Prior to joining Cherry Tree, he was a Senior Financial Analyst for Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, a leading middle market investment banking and financial advisory firm in Chicago, Illinois.
While at Houlihan Lokey, he was involved in all aspects of sell-side merger and acquisition, business valuation, and financial restructuring engagements.
Mr. Sippel received his BA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1998.
