As the Chief Financial Officer at Alcazar Capital, Mr. Deepak Jain is responsible for all aspects of corporate finance and financial compliance within the firm and its investments.
Mr. Jain began his career at Ernst & Young in their Business Risk Services and managed highly reputable Government institutions, investment companies and banks.
In 2004 he joined Agility and as part of his role as a Director in the finance function he handled various projects and activities like the syndication facility of US$ 550mln, bidding of major Government contracts, merger and acquisitions of the 7 subsidiaries which Agility acquired from 2004 to 2007, cash flow projections, financial reporting and various other corporate related matters.
Mr. Jain is a Chartered Accountant (merit rank holder) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA institute.
