Dmitry Tulin

Dmitry Vladislavovich Tulin is currently the First Deputy Chairman at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
He is also the Director at the Deposit Insurance Agency and a Professor at the Russian Academy of Entrepreneurship.
In the past, he worked as the Chairman at VTB Bank PJSC, Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund, Partner at Deloitte & Touche CIS ZAO, and held other positions at Kazkommertsbank JSC, MDM Bank PJSC, and Sberbank Russia PJSC.
He also served as a Member-Supervisory Board at the National Clearing Centre JSCB CJSC.
Dr. Tulin received his undergraduate degree from the Financial University in 1978 and his doctorate from the All Russian Distance Institute of Finance & Economics in 1985.
