Ed Martin

Mr. Ed Martin is Financial Advisor at Phillips Financial Management LLC.
Mr. Martin joined Phillips Financial in 2011, following thirty-seven years experience in the financial services industry with Swiss Re and Lincoln National Corporation.
At Swiss Re, he was a Senior Vice President and Global Head of Mortality Products in the Global Life & Health Chief Pricing Office.
Prior to Swiss Re's acquisition of Lincoln National's Reinsurance business in 2001, he was with Lincoln National for 27 years, serving in a variety of capacities.
He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
He is a Board member and officer with the Early Childhood Alliance, a non-profit organization supporting early childhood education in Northeast Indiana.
He also currently volunteers as a Junior Achievement instructor.
A long-time member of Trinity Episcopal Church, he is active in a variety of roles, including the Vestry, the Finance Ministry, the Investment Committee, and church school teaching.
Mr. Martin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from DePauw University, and a Masters of Actuarial Science from the University of Michigan.
