Frank Cadiz

Mr. Frank Cadiz is the Chief Executive Officer of Cadiz Asset Management (Pty) Ltd. He joined the corporate finance team at Grindlays Merchant Bank in Harare.
He moved to Cape Town in 1993 to become a co-founder of R F Cadiz.
Initially, he headed up the equity derivatives team during which time he received the award for the top equity derivatives analyst in South Africa in 1998 and maintained a position among the leading analysts until 2002.
In 2002, he became the managing director of Cadiz Financial Strategists when the fixed income, equity derivatives, stock broking and research teams were merged to form the Cadiz securities team.
While at Cadiz Financial Strategists his team gained a reputation for being leaders in derivatives, quantitative, fixed income, innovative and risk management research.
They were rated 1st in the Financial Mail survey in the derivatives dealing and research categories for the eighth consecutive year in 2004.
In August 2004, he was appointed managing director of Cadiz Asset Management.
Mr. Cadiz completed his Master's degree in Economics at Oxford University.He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
