Gail Crockett

Gail Crockett is a Supply Chain and Procurement professional with leadership experience at some of the world’s largest companies.
She brings to Cleveland Avenue a passion for driving savings through optimization, simplifying complexity and building supplier relationships.
Before joining CA, Gail led strategic sourcing, pricing, risk management and optimization for over $2 Billion in spend at McDonald’s Corp.
She was instrumental in the U.S.
McCafe introduction, and has experience leading supplier diversity programs and women’s leadership networks.
Gail also has a background in restaurant unit operations and financial mergers & acquisitions, having negotiated and sold multiple corporate-owned restaurants to Licensees.
She began her career in engineering and manufacturing management for a division of ExxonMobil.
Gail earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA from the J.L.
Kellogg School of Management.
Passionate about community and social causes, Gail serves on the Board of Trustees for AIDS United, a national non-profit.
She is a native of Chicago, where she resides with her husband.
In addition to family, Gail enjoys travel, photography and the perfect cup of tea (which is best when it steeps just right and includes a fresh slice of lemon).
