Gerald Michael Novelly

Mike Novelly is the Chief Financial Officer at Fall Line, responsible for the firm’s finance, accounting, and administrative activities.
Mike brings more than 30 years of experience to Fall Line, serving in senior financial leadership roles for both public and private companies.
His experience ranges from start-ups to large multinational companies managing Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Human Resources, Legal and Facilities functions.
Mike started his career in public accounting, working for both Deloitte and KPMG in assurance and consulting.
Following that, he held senior finance roles at publicly traded companies including PolyGram Television, Quokka Sports, Time Warner, and Dolby Laboratories.
More recently, Mike’s career has focused on CFO roles at technology companies including Gracenote, Vivino, and FRONTEO.
He is a CPA and obtained his B.S.
in Accounting from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business.
