Gillian Wilmot

Gillian Wilmot joined us as our Senior Vice President and President--U.K.
Operations in May 2004.
Prior to joining us, Ms. Wilmot worked as a strategic consultant beginning in January 2003.
She was Managing Director for the Mail Markets Division of the Royal Mail from January 2001 through January 2003 and the Brand and Strategy Director for Littlewoods PLC from April 1999 through November 2000.
Additionally, Ms. Wilmot is currently a director of Blackwells Retail and a member of the U.K.
Committee of Advertising Practice.
