Jackie is currently the Chief Customer Officer at Apty.
She established her company, LandNExpand, in 2014, as a Customer Lifecycle Management consulting firm.
She has advised dozens of startup and high growth software companies and stepped into the CCO role to help them execute on their strategic plans for growth.
She helps software companies merge vision, strategy, and flawless execution to optimize results.
She provides the vision, strategy, leadership and excellence in execution to deliver strong and sustained revenue, expansion and customer retention results for high growth, mid-size and large global organizations for companies like Hyperion, PowerCerv, Cognos, Ascential, IBM, Workfront, Socrata, and CoreView.
She’s known as a customer experience expert and trusted advisor to senior leadership, boards and investors; respected for insightful approach to building a profitable customer lifecycle approach.
She is a published author of Green to Golden and speaker on Customer Experience best practices.
Jackie is also a Master Dog Trainer who volunteers in training service dogs for Sheri’s Pack Wounded Warrior Project.
Jackie lives in San Diego with her husband of 35 years, her two grown children and grandchild.
She holds an MBA from San Diego State University and BS in International Business from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
