James Chang

Mr. James Chang is Quantitative Strategies at Central Asset Investments & Management Holdings (HK) Ltd.
Mr. Chang joined the team in December 2010, and is responsible for managing the fund’s quantitative strategy.
He comes to us with almost 10 years of quantitative experience.
Prior to joining CAI, he was a senior quant trader at the proprietary trading desk of Deutsche Bank in New York.
From 2000 to 2006, he worked in various quantitative positions within Tribeca Global Management and Rochdale Investment Management in New York.
Before this, he worked at the Asian derivatives desk at Credit Lyonnais, Hong Kong.
He holds an M.B.A in Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.Sc.
in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hong Kong.
He received his CFA charter in 2002.
