John D. Griffiths

Mr. John D.
Griffiths is Senior Wealth Manager at Charter Trust Co. Mr. Griffiths joined Charter Trust Company in April 2002.
He has held senior positions at major financial institutions in New Hampshire, Boston and New York.
Prior to joining Charter Trust Company, Mr. Griffiths was President of trust companies in Dover and Manchester, New Hampshire.
Mr. Griffiths was an instructor and project grader at the New England School of Banking at Williams College from 1972 to 2005.
At the school, he also served on the Board of Directors and the Curriculum Committee.
He was awarded the Edwin L.
Tufts award for Special Achievement and Contribution in 1999.
Mr. Griffiths graduated from Harvard Business School with a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance and Marketing.
He is also a graduate of the University of Denver where he majored in Journalism and minored in Economics.
He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1985 and his Certified Financial Planner CFP designation in 1986.
