John M. Rizzo

Mr. Rizzo brings more than 12 years financial services experience to KBRO.
His areas of expertise include Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Operations, Administration, and Information Technology.
Prior to joining KBRO, Mr. Rizzo was Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer for Barington Capital Group.
From 1991 to 1996, he ran the U.S.
broker/dealer subsidiary of Commerzbank AG.
From 1987 to 1991, he was Assistant Vice President/Assistant Controller for NYSE specialist firm Robb, Peck, McCooey.
Mr. Rizzo graduated from Fordham University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
