Carlin is Executive Vice President-Operations of UDR, Inc. She joined UDR, Inc. as Senior Vice President in March 2001and was promoted to Senior Vice President and Director of Property Operations in 2004 and Executive Vice President and Director of Property Operations in 2005.
Ms. Carlin was Senior Vice President of Operations for opsXchange, Inc. from 1999 to March 2001 and Senior Vice President of Ancillary Services and President of Buyers Access for Apartment Investment and Management Company from 1996 to 1999.
She was a Member of Arthur Andersen's Real Estate Services Group.
