Martin Daum

Martin Daum is currently the Director at BeiJing Foton Daimler Automotive Co., Ltd. and Torc Robotics, Inc. He previously held the position of Head-Daimler Trucks & Daimler Buses Division at Mercedes-Benz Group AG.
Mr. Daum is also a Member of the Management Board at the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany eV and a Member of the Supervisory Board at Stadtwerke Verkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt am Main mbH.
In his former roles, Mr. Daum served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Daimler Trucks North America LLC from 2009 to 2017.
He was also the President & Director of Detroit Diesel Corp., Director of GM-Finance & Administration at Sterling Corp., Senior Manager & Commercial Director at Debis Marketing Services GmbH, Sales Manager at Daimler-Benz AG, and Senior Manager at DaimlerChrysler Financial Services AG.
Mr. Daum holds a graduate degree from the University of Mannheim, which he obtained in 1985.
