Michael Fawkes

Michael Fawkes is an Operating Partner with Dubilier & Co. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Carter + Clark, a Dubilier portfolio company located in Atlanta, and as a member of the board of Dubilier portfolio companies Horton Point, a fintech company located in New York City, and Piñata, a renter marketplace company.
He also serves as an Advisor to the Dubilier portfolio company Acrow Bridge.
He previously served on the boards of Dubilier portfolio companies 4Q, Systech International, and Rio Seo, all of which were successfully sold.
Mr. Fawkes is also an independent board member of Fulham, a global supplier of lighting solutions located in Hawthorne, CA, and Netstock, an enterprise inventory management company located in Boston.
Mr. Fawkes previously served as an independent board member of NASDAQ listed company Saba Software, Alphabet Energy, Grabit, and several other technology companies.
From February 2008 through January 2012, Mr. Fawkes was an Operating Partner with Vantage Point Capital Partners, focusing on the CleanTech and IT areas.
While at Vantage Point, Mr. Fawkes represented Vantage Point on the boards of Switch Lighting, Klipsch Audio, Tesla Motors, Adura Technologies, and others.
From 1979 through 2007, Mr. Fawkes was a Senior Executive at Hewlett Packard.
Most recently, he was SVP of Global Operations for HP’s $29B Imaging & Printing Group and also ran HP’s worldwide Supply Chain, Consumer Support, and Environmental Organizations.
Previous positions at HP included VP of Operations for HP’s global consumer business and VP of HP’s European Inkjet Printing business.
Mr. Fawkes also had an extensive career in Financial Management at HP, holding positions as Controller/CFO for a number of HP businesses.
Prior to joining HP, Mr. Fawkes worked in the public accounting industry as a CPA. Mr. Fawkes holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Iowa
