Ms. Moira Geraghty is Senior Vice President at MMA Renewable Ventures LLC.
She is responsible for sourcing and evaluating qualified wholesale renewable energy investment opportunities and for project investment structuring and transaction negotiations.
Before joining MMA Renewable Ventures, Ms. Geraghty held positions with the AES Corporation, GE Capital's Structured Finance Group and Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
In various business development roles, she has negotiated more than $600 million of project financings and asset divestitures of energy and environmental projects.
At Pacific Gas and Electric Company, she was one of the lead commercial negotiators of renewable energy power procurement efforts.
She supported renewable policy efforts and closed more than $2 billion in renewable power purchase agreements.
Ms. Geraghty has a Master's Degree from Yale University's School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University.
