Paul Pepe

Prior to joining Citadel in 2009, Mr. Pepe spent nearly 22 years with Merrill Lynch, most recently as head of the Americas Corporate Finance Group.
Prior, he co-headed the Equity-Linked Capital Markets Group, which comprises convertible bond origination and corporate equity derivative coverage.
Previously Mr. Pepe managed the corporate equity derivative effort at the firm.
He began his career at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company (now JP Morgan).
Mr. Pepe has a bachelor’s degree from Adelphi University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
