BIA advises the Marquis Portfolios solely through the provision of asset allocation models. To develop and update the asset allocation models for the Marquis program, the firm currently follows the recommendations of an independent third-party consultant. From time to time, they may select a different consultant, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

NJDI aims to preserve capital and to realize, over time, earnings sufficient to meet or exceed the regular interest rate and to meet the pension fund's future obligations. Their analysts employ the use of bottom-up fundamental research methods to identify investments with strong earnings potential.

The objective is to inject a holistic approach into their investment process with an understanding of both the assets and the liabilities of a client’s balance sheet. The firm uses Active Bond Management across all investment styles.

They offer their services to members of the clergy with full ministerial standing in an Association or Conference of the United Church of Christ and lay employees of a church or other UCC-related employer.
