Ms. Rachel Lehman is the founder and Managing Partner of P4G, leading P4G’s Investment Committee and team.
Ms. Lehman serves on multiple boards for P4G’s investments and is accountable for its investment strategy, investor relations and team development
Prior to forming P4G, Ms. Lehman was a founding member of Sorenson Capital Partners and served on the investment team from 2002 to 2012.
At Sorenson, she held various internal leadership roles including serving as a Managing Director on the investment team, a member of the Investment Committee, and multiple positions in portfolio companies as chairperson, head of the audit committee, head of executive search committee, as well as various other subcommittees focused on strategic planning, divestitures, mergers, corporate development, recapitalizations, and growth.
Ms. Lehman has significant executive operating experience working across a variety of industries and platforms.
Prior to joining Sorenson, she served as the Managing Director of Operations Planning and Management for the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the Olympic Winter Games of 2002.
She served as a Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning at multiple telecommunications companies and raised over $300 million of private equity and debt financing during this period.
Additionally, from 1990 to 1998, Ms. Lehman held various positions at Visa International, serving both as the Vice President of Business Development for North America and Europe and as the Vice President of Product Planning for Visa International’s electronic banking solutions.
Ms. Lehman holds a B.S.
in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
